TidyMail is an AI-powered email client that helps you manage and organize your email inbox. The Service includes features such as email summarization, inbox organization, AI-powered reply suggestions, and more.

To use TidyMail, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Email Account Access

By connecting your email account(s) to TidyMail, you:

  • Authorize us to access your email account via OAuth
  • Understand that we will read, process, and display your emails
  • Acknowledge that AI will analyze your email content to provide features
  • Can revoke access at any time through your email provider's settings

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

6. AI-Generated Content

TidyMail uses artificial intelligence to generate email summaries, reply suggestions, and other content. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before use
  • We are not liable for any consequences arising from your use of AI-generated content
  • AI suggestions should be treated as recommendations, not definitive advice

7. Subscription and Payments

Free Plan: Basic features are available at no cost with usage limits.

Pro Plan: Paid subscription for unlimited access to all features.

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by TidyMail and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your email content remains yours.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Security of your data against unauthorized access

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIDYMAIL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TidyMail and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
